Kelsea Ballerini has shot to the top of the he artist hit it off with Allie Allen — a fan who has been battling brain cancer off and on since 2013 — when visiting St. Jude, and now Ballerini is celebrating the end of Allen’s most recent bout of radiation treatment by inviting her to the CMA Awards.
